At Zilanya, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy.


1. Returns Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused, and resalable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, labels, and any included accessories


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital goods

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Opened intimate, sanitary, or skincare products


4. How to Request a Return

Please email zilanya@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return items without authorization. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Please use a tracked shipping service; Zilanya is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Bank or card processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.


7. Exchanges

To exchange a product:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the new item is more expensive, we’ll request additional payment; if less expensive, we’ll issue a partial refund.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.


9. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Please email us before returning any items.

  • International returns may involve additional shipping fees or requirements.
