At Zilanya, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


1. Returns Window

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused, and resalable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Intimate or sanitary items (for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once opened)


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@zilanya.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
⚠️ Do not send items back without prior authorization. Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide full instructions.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Zilanya cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or card provider.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@zilanya.com.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the new item’s price differs, we’ll guide you through any additional payment or refund process.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.


9. International Returns

For international customers, please contact us before returning any item, as different terms and shipping costs may apply.
